1. View Session History & Logs
From your student's dashboard, you can access the "Sessions" tab to see a complete history of all past lessons. For each session, you can review the tutor's notes, see any automated flags, and view the session recording for full transparency.
2. Understand Our Safety Measures
We enforce a strict platform-only communication policy. This means all interactions are monitored and recorded, preventing any off-platform contact and ensuring a secure environment. Read our Safety Policy to learn more.
3. Communicate Through the Platform
You can communicate with the assigned tutor through the secure messaging system on the TUTORERA® platform. This keeps all communication documented and in one place, ensuring clarity and accountability.
4. Track Progress and Provide Feedback
After each session, both the student and tutor can leave ratings and feedback. This helps us maintain high quality standards and allows you to track your child's experience and the tutor's performance over time.
