We manually review every tutor application to ensure quality and safety. Our verification process includes **mandatory CNIC and academic degree checks**. This confirms that tutors are qualified, experienced, and who they claim to be.
2. Platform-Only Communication
To protect all users, all communication—from initial messages to live sessions—must occur exclusively on the TUTORERA® platform. We strictly prohibit the exchange of personal contact information like phone numbers or email addresses.
3. Monitored & Recorded Sessions
All tutoring sessions are recorded and may be reviewed by our administrative team. This allows us to ensure quality, uphold our policies, and provide a definitive record in case of any disputes, creating a safe and accountable space for learning.
4. Proactive Incident Management
Our systems use AI to flag potential policy violations, such as attempts to share contact info or unprofessional conduct. Our Safety & Trust team reviews these alerts and takes appropriate action, from issuing warnings to permanently banning users.
